What does your training provide to coaches?
Our training is designed to help coaches grow from competence to mastery. You’ll gain advanced coaching skills, real-world application experience, and practical tools you can use immediately with clients. Each session combines expert teaching, interactive learning, and feedback from Master Certified Coaches.
What areas do you cover?
We cover a wide range of coaching areas, including life, executive, relationship, spiritual, health and wellness, and financial coaching. We also focus on the Core Competencies from NBHWC, ICF and CCE in these training sessions. This includes real client scenarios and professional development strategies to grow your business and impact.
What is your background to be able to offer this training?
Both of our lead coaches—Brian Williams and Jonathan Armel—are Master Certified Coaches (ICF), National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBHWC), and Board-Certified Coaches (BCC). Between us, we have over 35 years of combined professional coaching experience, nearly 10,000 client hours, and extensive experience mentoring and training coaches worldwide.
How much does it cost?

Do I have to be a certified coach to join?
No, you do not have to be a Certified Coach to take these trainings. However, it would be expected that you have already completed a foundational level of Coach training and have had some Coaching experience before taking these sessions.
How do I earn CEUs through your training?
You can earn CEUs by attending our live or recorded continuing education sessions. Each CEU-eligible course will clearly state how many credits it offers and which accrediting body recognizes them.
Can I join just for group mentoring without the CEUs?
Yes. You can purchase group mentoring as a stand-alone service, either monthly or per session.
Do you offer recordings if I can’t attend live?
Yes. Many of our CEU sessions are recorded so you can watch on your own schedule. Live mentoring is not recorded to protect confidentiality and encourage open discussion.
